We’re thrilled to be shortly welcoming residents to Aaron Gayle, our latest housing development at Partridge Way!
This nine-storey building has transformed former garage spaces into 23 beautifully designed one- and two-bedroom flats, each with its own balcony, giving residents a personal outdoor escape.
As part of our neighbourhoods scheme, these homes prioritise residents in existing social housing, helping people stay rooted in the Haringey community they know and love.
We’ve included dedicated recycling and refuse facilities, secure cycle storage to encourage green travel, landscaped green spaces to enjoy, and a play area for families to come together.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone involved including Formation Design and Build for bringing Aaron Gayle to life and providing much-needed housing for our community.
