Ashley Depot - Tottenham Hale 

Project Update - Blocks A, B & C

Progress is really taking shape at the Ashley Depot, with both Blocks A and B making impressive strides forward. Here’s the latest from the site:

Block A
We’re almost done with the striking phase, and the team is pushing ahead with groundworks for A5 and A1. Flats are now being prepared for client snagging as we near the finishing touches. Balcony installations are well underway, and we're wrapping up the painting work while also prepping the communal areas for their final paint finishes.

Block B
The team’s on track with brickwork, and we’ve just kicked off the striking phase here. Second fix work is progressing across all blocks, including the M&E and carpentry second fix. Kitchen installations are also in full swing, with taper jointing now underway to bring it all together.

Block C
SFS installation is moving ahead smoothly, and we’re also seeing window installations taking shape, giving the building its first glimpse of what’s to come. Inside, the team is working hard on the drylining first fix, and the M&E first fix is progressing steadily, setting the stage for the next phases of the project.

With everything moving forward, thanks to the dedication and hard work of the team, we’re staying on track and making great progress.
