FORMATION DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED are thrilled to share that we had our very own nominee for this year’s YouthBuildUK Apprenticeship Awards!
Our apprentice, Romario Christian, was a finalist at the event held on November 20th, 2024, at The House of Commons. Romario joined Formation in September 2023 on a Civil Engineering Level 3 Apprenticeship, and since then, he has excelled both on-site and in college. The feedback we’ve received about his work on site has been truly outstanding.
We’re so proud to announce that Romario was awarded the ‘Highly Commended Apprentice of the Year 2024’, and we couldn’t be more excited for him. His bright future with FORMATION DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED is just beginning, and we look forward to supporting him for many years to come.
A special thank you to Anita Louise Collopy, Kinta Marna and Vijay Skrikandarajah, his tutor at Newham College, for supporting him throughout this journey.
