FORMATION DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED are proud of the excellent progress made at our Duppas Hill site, off Stafford Road, Croydon.
This development, for Hyde Housing, consists of 126 units, including a mix of townhouses, duplex units, and apartments spread across three blocks.
Progress on site has been outstanding, with all unit walls now closed. A significant number of units have completed second fix mechanical and electrical work, and kitchens are fitted. Painting and joinery are progressing rapidly as we move up the floors.
Brickwork is just days away from completion, and the installation of balcony railings is allowing large sections of the façade to be uncovered as the scaffolding is dropped, revealing the building's envelope.
This has enabled us to install the central heating distribution system, mains water, data, and power throughout the site. External works are also advancing, with block paving, fences, bin stores, and even plants and turf already in place for our block of three-storey townhouses.
The marketing suite and show flats are now complete and have been handed over to the Hyde Housing sales team.
