Exciting Milestone in the Broadwater Farm Regeneration Programme

We're thrilled to announce that FORMATION DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED has been awarded the contract to begin work on a major new development on the former Moselle School site at Adams Road, N17. Thanks to the approval of Haringey Council, we’re on track to deliver 40 new homes and a commercial unit that will contribute to the community and local economy.
What’s being built:
- 26 one and two-bedroom flats
- 10 three-bedroom homes
- 4 four-bedroom homes
Accessibility:
4 of the two-bedroom flats will be fully accessible to wheelchair users.
In addition, a new convenience store will be built at the corner of Adams Road and Moira Close, enhancing the area's amenities.
This marks an exciting step forward for the regeneration of Broadwater Farm, providing high-quality, affordable homes for families and creating a vibrant, thriving neighbourhood.
