Formation Design & Build Collaborate with Haringey Council on Cranwood Development

FORMATION DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED are proud to collaborate with Haringey Council on the Cranwood development, a key part of their ambitious home-building programme. This project plays a vital role in tackling the acute shortage of affordable housing in the area and contributes to the Council’s commitment to delivering 3,000 new homes over the next decade—maximizing the use of council-owned land to meet local housing needs.
The Cranwood Project, a former care home, will be transformed to provide 41 high-quality homes, 32 of which will be available at affordable council rent, helping to support families and individuals on Haringey’s waiting list. This development has been shaped through active community engagement, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with the local Muswell Hill Conservation Area.
