We are delighted to see Rowan Court, built by FORMATION DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED for Haringey Council, featured in Dezeen, one of the world’s leading architecture, interiors, and design magazines.
This project was successfully delivered by FORMATION DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED in collaboration with Haringey Council and the architects, ensuring timely completion and the highest quality standards.
Rowan Court comprises:
- 46 new homes at Remington Road and Pulford Road.
- Landscaping, new on-street parking, refuse and recycling facilities, and a cycle store.
- A new green communal area incorporating a children's play area
This marks a significant milestone for social housing, contributing to stronger, more connected communities.
