Progress at Duppas Hill, Stafford Road, Croydon

FORMATION DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED we are very proud of the excellent progress made at our Duppas Hill site off Stafford Road, Croydon. This development, in partnership with Hyde Housing, consists of 126 units, including a mix of townhouses, duplex units, and apartments spread across three blocks.

The project is progressing exceptionally well, and we're thrilled with the advancements made so far. All units have now had their walls closed, and a significant number have completed their second fix mechanical and electrical works. Kitchens are now fitted, and both painting and joinery are moving along quickly, with the work progressing smoothly up the floors.

In terms of brickwork, we are just days away from completing the final touches. With the balcony railing installation, large sections of the façade are now ready for scaffold removal.

On the external works side, we’re already making visible progress. Our block of nine three-storey townhouses is already showcasing completed block paving, fences, bin stores, and even plants and turf. The site is beginning to come to life, with the landscaping adding a vibrant touch to the overall development.

We’re also excited to announce that the marketing suite and show flats are now finished and have been handed over to the Hyde Housing sales team, ready to welcome potential buyers and showcase the quality of living these units will provide.
