Ashley Road Depot - Project Progress Update

As we continue our journey, it’s incredible to see how far we've come.
Here’s a glimpse into what’s happening across the phases:
Phase A:
Internally, we’re focused on final testing and commissioning as we approach the handover of the first 91 units. Externally, the hard and soft landscaping is nearly complete, adding the finishing touches to the development.
Phase B:
Second fix activities are well underway, with decorations and floor finishes progressing smoothly. Facade works are nearing completion, and scaffolding is coming down as the exterior takes shape.
Phase C:
We’ve completed the underfloor heating and screeding, and are now advancing to second fix installations. Externally, we continue work on the facades, with scaffolding set to come down soon on the first block.
Every phase is a step closer to our vision, and we’re proud of how far we’ve come! Exciting times ahead as we bring this project to life.
