Building Connections at Broadwater Farm: Meet the Builder Event

FORMATION DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED held a ‘Meet the Builder’ event on 1st April 2025 for Phase 1 of the new and exciting development at Broadwater Farm, named ‘Moselle’, in partnership with Haringey Council.

Inspiring the Next Generation

The morning was dedicated to the children of Brook School, located on-site. With support from Haringey Council engagement officers, we brought in diggers, trucks, bricks, and PPE to give the children a hands-on introduction to construction. Watching them whizz around on toy vehicles while learning about different roles and machinery on site was a joy. It was a fantastic collaboration between our team, Haringey Council, and the school staff to create a fun and educational experience.

Engaging with Residents

In the afternoon, we welcomed local residents to learn more about the new build designs, answer questions, and discuss the vision for the redevelopment. These conversations are a vital part of ensuring the project is shaped with the community in mind, and we were pleased to see such positive engagement.

We’re looking forward to continuing our work with Haringey Council and the local community as we move forward with this exciting project at Broadwater Farm.
