We're pleased to share that the project continues to progress exceptionally well.

All residential units are now complete, with a significant number already snagged by the client team—receiving very positive feedback. Decoration and flooring are underway in the common areas of Blocks A and D, while Block C is awaiting the final client de-snagging of its units.

Externally, we've taken full advantage of the good weather to maintain excellent momentum. All tarmac roads are finished, along with the block-paved home zone areas. The final car parks are now in the last stages of completion.

Landscaping is nearly complete, with only the rear garden turfing remaining. The central play area is fully finished with planting, equipment, and seating installed. We’re currently laying the final resin-bonded topcoat to the pathways—adding the finishing touch to a shared space designed to be both exciting for children and relaxing for adults.

The marketing suite and show flats are now open and welcoming a strong flow of potential buyers.
