Moselle Project Update

Great progress continues at pace across the site as we move into the warmer months.
The concrete frame is steadily rising and remains on schedule to reach roof level by the end of the summer.
The Townhouses are advancing well:
- External walls are now in place.
- Structural steel framing (SFS) is complete.
- Windows have been installed up to Level 2.
- Brickwork is progressing behind.
- Roof waterproofing has commenced.
- First fix drylining is underway inside.
With this phase well underway, attention will soon turn to Block A, where similar works will begin, progressing clockwise to Block B in line with the construction sequence.
