Cranwood Project Update

The Cranwood project, a former care home, will be transformed to provide 41 high-quality homes, 32 of which will be available at affordable council rent, helping to support families and individuals on Haringey’s waiting list.
This development has been shaped through active community engagement, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with the local Muswell Hill Conservation Area.
We are making steady progress across all areas:
- Block A (Apartments): RC frame works are progressing to Level 01.
- Block B (Apartments): RC frame has reached roof level, and SFS (Steel Framing System) installations have commenced.
- Block C (Townhouses): Window installations and external brickwork are underway. Internally, first fix M&E installations and drylining have also started.
