Store Road Project Progress Update

We’re thrilled to share the latest updates on the Store Road Project — a modern residential development comprising 163 new homes, delivered by FORMATION DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED for our client, The Hyde Group.
Significant progress continues across the development, with key milestones being achieved both externally and internally:
- Brickwork is now complete on Block B, 90% complete on Block A, and over 70% on Block C.
- Roofing works are progressing well, with the entire development now fully watertight.
- Scaffold striking is underway, enabling the commencement of terrace works.
- Hard landscaping is due to commence in the coming week.
- Podium finishes are scheduled to begin shortly.
Internally, works are advancing steadily:
- 2nd fix M&E is complete
- Kitchen installations are ongoing
- Decoration works are in progress
- Vinyl flooring is complete
- Carpet installation is underway
The development is shaping up well and remains on track as we continue to move closer to completion. A big thank you to the teams on site for their continued commitment and hard work.
