Moselle Project Update: Steady Progress Across the Site

Works are progressing well and remain on track with the programme. This month has seen strong momentum across all areas:

• Townhouses
  The metal frames, windows, and roof waterproofing are now complete. Brickwork is 90% finished and expected to be fully complete within 1–2 weeks. Internally, electrical and plumbing works are well underway, with finishing works now in progress.

 

• Core A
  The concrete structure has reached Level 5. External wall framing and window installation are ongoing, and internal works—including wiring and partitioning—have commenced on Level 1.

 

• Core B
  Structural works are up to Level 4, with work advancing to Level 5. Window installation and framing are also underway.

 

• Retail & Communal Areas
  Structural walls are largely complete, and brickwork has begun. Curtain wall installation is scheduled to begin mid-June. The plant room design is finalised, with material procurement in progress.

 

• External Works
  We plan to begin landscaping and footway improvement works along Adams Road and Moira Close during the school holidays, taking advantage of the planned footpath closures.
