Proud Moment for FORMATION DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED at the Secured by Design Awards

We were honoured to be recognised at this year’s Secured by Design (SBD) award ceremony, held at New Scotland Yard, alongside partners from Haringey Council, including their outstanding planning and housing development teams.

FORMATION DESIGN & BUILD LIMITED were presented with SBD Gold Awards for our Remmington and Partridge Way schemes — both of which exemplify our commitment to building safer, more resilient communities.

Secured by Design Gold is never a checkbox for us — it’s a mindset. Across our eight Haringey Council projects, delivering over 500 homes, our teams treat every development, big or small, with the same level of meticulous attention to security and detail. In fact, there’s a healthy competition among our Project Managers to push beyond the gold standard!

Next year, Remington Road and Partridge Way will be submitted for national recognition once their 18-month post-occupancy period completes — a key test of how well-designed environments help prevent crime.

A huge thanks to Guy Ferguson (CEO, SBD & PCPI) and DAC Boon (Metropolitan Police ) for presenting the awards — and to our brilliant DOCO partners for their ongoing collaboration and insight.

These achievements are not just awards — they’re a reflection of our long-term partnerships and our belief that secure, high-quality homes should be a given.
