Cranwood Project Progress Update

Block A
- Concrete frame completed up to Level 3; works progressing on Level 4.
- External envelope: Light steel frame infill panels with cementitious board progressing to Level 1.
- Windows installation underway at Level 0, followed by scaffold strike.
- Bricklayers have commenced works below DPC.
- Internally: 1st fix drylining and M&E ongoing on Lower Ground and Ground Floor.
Block B
- External envelope complete, including full brickwork to roof level, windows, and balcony doors.
- Internally: 2nd fix complete; taping and jointing now underway.
- Roofing works in progress, including the mansard roof.
Block C
- External envelope completed.
- Scaffold removed from the rear elevation.
- Landscaping works to commence.
- Taping and jointing in progress.
