Great progress on site this month at Moselle – works are pushing ahead across all blocks and externals

Townhouses
Flooring, decorations, and snagging works are ongoing. Posts, railings, and dividing screens have been installed to terraces and balconies. Paving to the front and rear is scheduled to begin in September. M&E testing and commissioning will follow once permanent power is connected (expected late Sept / early Oct).
Core A
All windows are now installed, with scaffolding complete to roof level. Brickwork has reached Level 4 and progressing to Level 5. 2nd fix drylining is ongoing on Levels 2–3, M&E 1st fix works are underway on Level 5, and UFH/screed are complete up to Level 3. Roof waterproofing continues, and balcony paving has commenced.
Core B
Scaffolding is complete to roof level, with SFS and external boarding up to Level 5. Brickwork is on Level 4, moving to Level 5. 2nd fix drylining is progressing on Levels 2–3, with M&E 1st fix works on Level 5. UFH/screed works are complete up to Level 3, and roof build-up/waterproofing is in progress.
Retail & Communal Areas
Blockwork and brickwork are largely complete, with curtain wall installation now underway. The lift to Core A has been installed and tested, and Otis have started the first lift in Core B. External works are progressing, with the footpath due to reopen before first week September. Landscaping and paving will follow.
Key Milestones
- Benchmark unit snagging.
- Power supply connection targeted for late September.
- Topping Out Ceremony being planned for early September ahead of PV panel installation.
