Early Handover at Wingspan Walk

We’re excited to announce that we’ve successfully handed over Block A at Ashley Road Depot – Phase A of our development, now officially named Wingspan Walk, for our client Haringey Council.
This phase comprises five blocks and 91 homes, and we’re proud to have delivered it 8 months ahead of the sectional completion date.
Every phase is a step closer to our vision, and we’re proud of how far we’ve come!
The blocks handed over are named after birds:
- Redstart Court
- Pipit Court
- Wagtail Court
- Wheatear Court
- Tern Court
A huge thank you to everyone involved for their hard work in reaching this important milestone.
Wingspan Walk is already taking flight, and we look forward to welcoming new residents in the months ahead!
