Disciplinary Action

Any form of discrimination or harassment based on Protected Characteristics will be considered a breach of this policy and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.

Complaints Procedure

  • Employees experiencing or witnessing discrimination or harassment should report it following the Formation Design & Build Ltd. Harassment Policy & Procedures.
  • Complaints will be taken seriously, investigated fairly, and handled with confidentiality.
  • Employees making complaints or participating in investigations will be protected against victimisation.

Implementation & Review

  • This policy will be communicated to all employees and displayed in our offices and on our intranet.
  • Directors, managers, and supervisors are responsible for ensuring its implementation and providing training where necessary.
  • The policy will be reviewed annually to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and best practices.
