The project was a new-build scheme comprising 108 units: 104 social housing units, four private units, two commercial units, car parking, and associated landscaping works. The scheme included the employment of local labour and apprenticeships and the provision of training and education workshops, enhancing the local community. This project was completed three months ahead of schedule.
