Scope of works.

Heylyn Square is an affordable housing scheme located in the Bow West area of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The development is situated on an infill site. The scheme, which received planning permission in 2019, comprises 33 units over eight storeys on the site of seven existing retail units. Of these, 32 units are residential, with three built to wheelchair standards. Additionally, there is a new commercial unit on the ground floor. The proposal aims to deliver a 100% affordable residential development of 32 units, including one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments. The tenure will be evenly split between social rent and affordable rent.
