Scope of works.
The project involves redeveloping a site on council land at Partridge Way. This includes demolishing the existing garages and constructing a nine-storey building. The new building will contain 23 residential units, as follows:
- 14 one-bedroom flats for two people
- Seven two-bedroom flats for four people
- One two-bedroom wheelchair-accessible flat for three people
- One two-bedroom wheelchair-accessible flat for four people
All 23 new council homes will be rented at London Affordable Rents.
