Scope of works.

This project comprises 46 new homes for affordable rent for the Council on the site of the existing garages in Tottenham. The scheme will develop 31 apartments, four maisonettes, and 11 townhouses (including four wheelchair-adapted homes) with associated amenity space, refuse/recycling, and cycle storage facilities for 84 bicycles. The project includes reconfiguring Remington Road into a one-way street, seven parking spaces, a new public square, a communal courtyard and a children’s play space. As part of the redevelopment, 63 new trees will be planted.
