Scope of works.

The project comprises 186 residential units and 15 commercial units with a ground floor and basement car park. Four residential blocks are on the site of Montrose Crescent and neighbouring land in Wembley High Road. The development consists of 3, 6, 13, and 18-story tower blocks with podiums and rooftop gardens for residents.

This development is part of Wembley's regeneration project, which is one of the largest in the country. According to the Mayor of London, Wembley can accommodate 11,500 new homes and 10,00 new jobs through the development of new sites. Formation Design and Build is proud to contribute to the regeneration of Wembley.
