Scope of works.

The Broadwater Farm Regeneration - Moselle Project is a major redevelopment of the former Moselle School site on Adams Road, N17. As part of the wider £250 million Broadwater Farm regeneration, the project will deliver 40 high-quality new homes across multiple residential blocks, alongside a commercial unit that will enhance local amenities. A new convenience store at the junction of Adams Road and Moira Close will provide essential amenities for residents and the wider community. 

The Moselle Project exemplifies the commitment to collaborative planning, having been developed in partnership with residents and stakeholders to ensure the new homes and facilities meet the community's needs and aspirations. By focusing on sustainability, accessibility, and design quality, the project seeks to create a vibrant and inclusive environment for current and future generations.
