This project involved the demolition and replacement of an office block. The new building consists of 21 floors and houses 198 Apartments alongside two commercial units on the ground floor. Residents can access a lower-level car park, a communal podium-level roof garden, and an integrated gym and cinema. This project was delivered ten months ahead of schedule.
