Scope of works.

The project, located in the emerging area of Tottenham Hale, provides 310 new apartments, private communal outdoor spaces for residents, and enhanced public connections to surrounding areas. The development includes one, two and three-bedroom apartments, two larger duplexes, and 33 homes at discounted market rent. The scheme also includes 400 square metres of commercial space and private amenities for residents. The project was completed nine months ahead of the program, resulting in a very happy client.

We have also appointed them to construct our nearby site Ashley! which has started well with an outstanding benchmark flat recently handed over on time.
