One of our recent developments was designed to achieve net-zero operational and embodied carbon, incorporating features like fabric-first energy efficiency, triple glazing, reduced thermal bridging, and responsive window sizing. We also integrated external shutters to minimise summer solar gain, and photovoltaic panels to harness renewable energy. All buildings are connected to a District Energy Network and are designed to meet Passivhaus standards, with the scheme targeting LETI benchmarks. Our expertise in green construction ensures that we are at the forefront of environmentally responsible building.
