Sean O’Brien joined Formation Design and Build Limited. in 2014 as a Contracts Manager, responsible for two residential developments in Southwest London. From then on, he progressed to Construction Director and then CEO. Sean is responsible for the company's Design and Build activities, overseeing each project's commercial, design, and construction stages.

Mick Gordon has 22 years of experience in the construction industry. As Formation Design and Build’s Commercial Manager, Mick manages and oversees the commercial team of quantity surveyors, estimators, and planners, reporting directly to the CEO.

Matthew Ashley is our Design Manager, responsible for developing high-value projects in the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. His role includes coordinating all design matters relating to the project, advising the client on their requirements and obligations, striving to eliminate risks, meeting budget constraints, and coordinating the team.

Colin Nelson is Formation Design and Build’s Senior Quantity Surveyor. With almost a decade of experience in the industry, Colin manages and oversees a commercial team consisting of quantity surveyors, planners and estimators and reports back to the CEO.

Daniel Kowalczuk works as a Contracts Manager for Formation Design and Build, using his 20 years of experience to lead the site team and ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently. Daniel liaises with the client, project consultants, and architects to ensure standards are consistently met.

Joe Grealy is Formation Design and Build’s Aftercare Manager. With over 10 years of experience, Joe leads the aftercare phase of our projects, ensuring a smooth and professional transition post-completion. His role includes managing handovers, resolving defects, and acting as the main point of contact for residents and clients. Joe plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction through clear communication and prompt issue resolution.
