Scope of works.
We partnered with Haringey Council to deliver the Cranwood development, part of the council's ambitious home-building programme aimed at addressing the acute shortage of affordable housing in the area. This project forms a crucial element of the Council's commitment to build 3,000 new homes over the next decade, utilising existing council-owned land to meet housing needs.
The Cranwood site, a former care home, will be transformed to provide 41 high-quality homes, 32 of which will be available at affordable council rent, helping to support families and individuals on Haringey’s waiting list. This development has been shaped through active community engagement, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with the local Muswell Hill Conservation Area.
