Formation Design and Build was founded in 1998 and has historically worked as a contracting and project management builder. Over recent years, we have successfully expanded our services and established ourselves as a leading contractor in the construction industry, building client relations both in the private and public sector.

Our projects range from medium to large-scale schemes across a multitude of sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Our experience covers a broad range of project types, including hotels and housing. We deliver luxury high-rise inner-city residential schemes and work with the Housing Associations and Local Authorities to develop affordable housing projects.

We operate predominantly in London, combining a highly experienced management team with a large pool of designers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Some of our work is self-delivery, including M&E, joinery, drylining, and tiling.

We are focused on delivering outstanding quality and value for money for our clients and are known for our can-do attitude and collaborative working style.
